Our terms and conditions

The price of our kittens varies from €1,500 to €2,000 including VAT, depending on their colour. A deposit of €500 is required on booking. A contract will then be issued. The balance must be paid into your bank account at least one week before you collect the kitten.

All our kittens are sterilised, vaccinated, chipped and wormed when they are 4 months old.

If the kitten leaves Belgium, it will be vaccinated against rabies 21 days before departure.

We will issue you with a pedigree recognised by the Belgian Cat Organisation.

The kittens will be seen by a veterinarian before their departure who will certify in writing that they are in good health.

The parents have all been tested negative for the genetic diseases to which Ragdolls are prone. The tests as well as the pedigrees are visible on this site via the link of each of the parents.

When the kitten leaves, we will give you :

Health record
His pedigree
Identification number (microchip)
A purchase invoice. As we are subject to VAT, the purchase price of your kitten includes VAT.
A guarantee certificate, the terms of which you can read below:
A gift pack containing the kitten's usual food (kibble and wet food).
We wish you all the best with the new love of your life.

If you live in Belgium, you must provide us with an extract from the central file showing that you are not banned from keeping an animal. You must apply for this at least 15 days and no more than 30 days before you buy the cat, by contacting your local council with your identity card.

If you do not live in Wallonia, you can obtain an extract from the central file directly from the Service Public de Wallonie, Ressources Naturelles, Environnement.

The request should be addressed to the Director General of the Walloon Public Service Natural Resources,
Environnement, Agriculture, Avenue Prince de Liège 15, 5100 Jambes.

The kitten will not be returned to you until this document has been provided.

At the latest 15 days after the expected delivery date of the kitten, if you have still not provided us with this document or if it turns out that you are subject to a ban, the kitten will be put back up for sale and your deposit will be forfeited.
